Anne Bond - Chief Executive

Anne has a great depth of knowledge and experience gained through a variety of positions including management, strategic leadership, lecturing, programme presentation and clinical practice. Anne was also involved with the education sector for 25 years working as a consultant and counsellor.

Prior to joining Workplace Support, Anne operated her own consultancy practice, focusing on Innovation, Leadership and Team Development, People Challenges and Growth, Change Process and Emotional Intelligence with a variety of clients from Government, Corporate and the private sector.

Trudy Schievink - Training & Development Manager

Trudy joined Workplace Support in 2018.  She is an accredited DAPAANZ Clinical Supervisor and has an extensive training and development, counselling and supervision background, with a variety of clients throughout New Zealand, along with alcohol and other drug policy advisor experience.
Trudy has a passion for enhancing wellbeing, especially within the workplace and sees employee wellbeing as key to successful and innovative organisations.

Felicity has been with us since 2011.  Her specialties are relationships, grief and loss, abuse and trauma, spirituality, personal dignity and ethics using an Integrated, Interpersonal, Person-Centered, CBT and attachment models. 

Felicity is also accredited for
Victim Support and Work & Income counselling, is involved in Restorative Justice and has extensive management experience in the health sector.

Caroline Walters - Operations/Staff Support Manager


Caroline has been with the organisation since 2001 and brings with her a wide range of administration and organisational skills which makes her an invaluable member of our team. She ably assists the CEO where required and brings a methodical approach to the smooth running of our organisation.

Caroline's empathy for the work of the organisation allows her to assist clients in a very respectful manner and seeks at all times to find the appropriate response.

Claire Soal - Dunedin Team Leader

Claire has been with Workplace Support since 2002 as a chaplain and has also been Dunedin Team Leader since 2004.

Formerly with a background as a hairdresser and tutor, she enjoys the challenge that working with people brings.

Claire is also involved in the Catholic Church on the parish and pastoral area council.

Heather Pringle - Central Otago Team Leader

Heather commenced as a Staff Supporter for Workplace Support in 2006 in Central Otago region.

Steve Harrex - Invercargill Team Leader


Steve joined Workplace Support in 2014 as a Staff Supporter, then becoming Invercargill Team Leader also.
