Alison has a very high knowledge of organisational mental health and well-being with 15 years in corporate management and more than 10 years as an Organisational Well-Being Programmes Manager.  She has designed and delivered Staff Well-being Programmes multiple organisations both large and small around New Zealand.

Alison is also the vice president for the New Zealand Association of Positive Psychology.
