John leads our On-site Staff Support team and is responsible for the quality and professional delivery of this service.
John has worked in the mental health and disability sectors in New Zealand and Australia over the last 36 years and has managed and supported many teams across Government and NGO Sectors. John utilises a collaborative and inclusive approach into his management style, combining the larger picture with day-to-day activities, processes and policies to deliver consistent, on-time, accurate results.
John has a number of Nursing Registrations, and a Bachelor Social Science (Habilitation). As well as owning a few small businesses over the years, John enjoys building inclusive communities for new immigrants who come to settle in the Christchurch community.

Daryl Parsons – Clinical Lead

Daryl combines his counselling, supervision and education experience with current Masters' studies to oversee service delivery across the workplace spectrum. He counsels individuals, couples and groups to utilise their strengths to survive crises, conquer challenges and achieve goals. Daryl enjoys training and coaching managers and supervising therapists to strengthen their reflective practice, emotional intelligence and well-being strategies. He leads Critical Incident Responses to support affected employees' return to normal functioning after traumatic events. Daryl uses a warm, solution focused, practical approach to bring out the best in people and workplaces.

Alison Ogier-Price - Well-being Relationship Manager

Alison works with the executive and management of organisations to assist in building a best-practice and best-fit culture of well-being and employee engagement for the good health and sustainability of organisations, teams and individuals. Alison has 15 years experience as a corporate project manager and 18 years as a mental health consultant specialising in workplace well-being programmes including education, group and individual coaching, health and safety compliance and support, and ongoing assessment. Alison closely follows the progress of academic research in the area of Positive Psychology in order to apply science-based principles in practical and engaging ways to grow and sustain the well-being of organisations nationwide.
